At SYS, it is our world class infrastructure combined with our experienced and dedicated personal that truly helps us stand apart from competition. Every year, we make sure to allocate sufficient funds for developing both these engines, that help propels our growth engine further.
Some highlights of our facility include :
- 30,000 sq ft for manufacturing, with an additional 10,000 sq ft for warehousing and 10,000 sq ft for sister concern ancillaries.
- Designated area for inward RM testing with advanced equipment.
- Spacious raw material storage with zones for rejection/rework.
- Rotor Machining – Reaming, Rough Turning, Shaft Pressing.
- Drilling and Tapping machines
- Automated Bush pressing
- Conveyorized winding with Taiwan-imported machines.
- Sequential Analyzer for stator checking
- Conveyorized Varnishing Line
- In-house motor assembly with integrated STR rooms.
- 3 conveyorized assembly lines with STR and packing.
- Automatic strapping machine
- Multiple audit rooms with VAW, HV testing, and tachometers.
- Conveyorized movement of finished goods to warehouse with 15,000 capacity.
Sister Concerns :
- Wire & Wire Products: Sister concern for manufacturing of wire guards for TPW fans with capacity of 75,000 units / month
- SYS Investments: Sister concern focusing on injection moulding of plastic components with 9 moulding machines ranging from 80T to 220 T
Dedicated Ancillaries :
SYS has created captive ancillaries for critical processes including:
- Rotor and Stator Lamination Stamping
- Cover & Rotor Die-casting
- Powder coating (following 7 tank pre-treatment process)
