These are photographs of our own plant at IDA Bollaram, Hyderabad, taken on the floor — not stock images. They follow a fan through the factory in the order it is actually built.
Incoming quality control
Nothing reaches a line without being checked first. Winding wire, laminations, shafts and packaging are all inspected at goods inward.
Machine shop
Motor covers and rotors are machined in-house on special purpose machines rather than bought in finished.
Motor winding
Copper or aluminium, to the buyer’s specification. SYS does not claim a single winding standard because buyers do not want one.
Assembly
Three conveyorized lines with built-in STR cabins, feeding a plant rated at 150,000 fans a month.
Testing before dispatch
100% of motors and 100% of finished fans are tested. Not a sample plan — every unit.
