SYS Electromac builds BLDC pedestal and wall fans for brands that sell under their own name. The fans pair a BLDC motor that we design and wind in-house with a sourced controller, and they are built on the same plant, quality system and OEM terms as the rest of our range. Samples are available to brands now.

What the BLDC fans offer
- Low power draw. 35 W input for 75 m³/min of air delivery.
- BEE 5 star. Built to the top energy rating, which matters as BEE labelling becomes mandatory for fans.
- Remote control with turbo mode. Brands can sell on the features buyers now expect from BLDC fans.
- Oscillation and timer. Available on both pedestal and wall versions.
How it works with SYS
Private label. You choose the pedestal or wall model, and we add your brand, colours, carton and artwork. We supply complete fans under your brand; we do not sell the motor or controller as separate components.
Motor and controller. The BLDC motor is designed and wound at SYS. The controller is sourced, then integrated and tested with the motor in the finished fan.
Minimum order and timing. 500 pieces per model, with a 5-week lead time. Request a sample first to evaluate the fan with your own team and customers.

Which fans are available with a BLDC motor?
Pedestal and wall fans, in 400 mm sweep for now. Table and ventilation fans are not available in BLDC at present.
Do you sell BLDC motors or controllers on their own?
No. We supply complete fans under a customer’s brand.
Who makes the motor?
SYS designs and winds the BLDC motor at its Hyderabad plant. The controller is sourced.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
500 pieces per model and a 5-week lead time. Existing AC models keep their usual 3-week repeat lead time.
