SYS Electromac is a wall fan OEM manufacturer in Hyderabad, India, building 300 mm and 400 mm plastic-body wall fans and 400 mm and 450 mm metal-body wall fans for brands that sell under their own name. Everything ships from a 100,000 sq. ft. plant at IDA Bollaram on three conveyorized lines that also run our pedestal, table and ventilation ranges.
Wall fan models
Seven motor and blade options on one body
The plastic wall fan bodies — Breezer, Curve, Dark Knight, Fantasy and the two Rainbow variants — all accept the same seven motor-and-blade combinations. That is the practical difference between buying a catalogue fan and buying from a manufacturer: you pick the price point and the performance separately from the look.

All plastic bodies are three-speed and oscillating, in PP, on 230 V / 50 Hz.
Metal-body wall fans
Where the end use is a workshop, a warehouse, a place of worship or an institutional tender, the CRCA metal body is usually the right answer: it takes knocks, it cleans, and it reads as heavy-duty on a shop shelf.

Winding, colour and finish
Motor winding is copper or aluminium, to your specification, on every model. Copper runs cooler and holds efficiency; aluminium brings the landed cost down for entry price points and volume tenders. We do not decide this for you and we do not substitute mid-order.
Standard colours run to nine or ten per plastic body depending on the model — black, blue, green, grey, light green, orange, red, violet, white and yellow on the Breezer, for example. A colour outside the standard set is a masterbatch change, not a tooling change, so it is usually available at volume. Body shape itself is tooling; we hold the tools for the standard range in-house and can cut new ones through our ODM route.
OEM and private-label supply
- You provide: brand marks and carton artwork, the motor option and winding, colour reference, and market-specific requirements.
- We provide: tooling where a new body is needed, pre-production samples, an N-10 pilot batch for sign-off, then mass production and packing to your artwork.
- You receive: finished, packed, saleable stock under your brand.
If you are taking an existing model rather than starting a new design, there is no tooling step and no development cycle: we go straight to the N-10 pilot batch, typically within seven days of techno-commercial agreement on the product.
We have supplied wall and pedestal programmes to V-Guard, Usha, GM Elektra, RR Kabel, Khaitan, Venus and Luker. Tooling cut for a customer’s exclusive design is used only for that customer.
Commercial terms
- Minimum order: from 500 pieces per model.
- Standard lead time: three weeks from confirmed PO and artwork. New tooling is quoted separately and up front.
- Domestic supply: ex-works Hyderabad or delivered to your depot.
- Export supply: FOB or CIF, regularly to Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Africa.
Quality and standards
Wall fans are built to IS 302 (Part 2/Sec 80) in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, carry a 24-month warranty, and every motor is tested online before dispatch — 100 per cent, not by sample. Printable spec sheets for each model are on the downloads page.
Frequently asked questions
What sizes of wall fan do you manufacture?
300 mm (12″) and 400 mm (16″) in plastic bodies, and 400 mm (16″) and 450 mm (18″) in metal. The 385 mm sweep on two of the plastic motor options is a blade-geometry difference, not a separate size.
Can I mix motor options across one order?
Yes. Buyers commonly take the economy motor for the mass price point and the premium or high-speed motor for a step-up SKU on the same body, so the shelf looks like a range rather than one fan.
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per model. Colours within a model can be split below that, subject to the masterbatch minimum.
Do you supply copper-wound wall fans?
Yes. Copper and aluminium are both standard; you specify which, per order, and it is confirmed on the despatch documents.
Can you match an existing fan we are buying elsewhere?
Usually, yes. Send a sample and the specification you are being supplied against. We will tell you what we can match on our existing tools and what would need a new tool, with the cost of each, before you commit.
Do you export wall fans?
Yes — Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Africa, on FOB or CIF terms, with export cartons and container-ready palletisation.
