SYS Electromac is a pedestal fan OEM manufacturer in Hyderabad, India, building 400 mm, 450 mm and 500 mm pedestal fans in both PP and CRCA metal for brands that sell under their own name. Nine pedestal models run on the three conveyorized lines in our 100,000 sq. ft. plant at IDA Bollaram, alongside our wall, table and ventilation ranges.

Six motor and blade options on one body

The plastic pedestal bodies — Breezer, Curve, Dark Knight and Rainbow — all accept the same six motor-and-blade combinations. You choose the price point and the performance separately from the look, which is what lets a buyer build three shelf SKUs off one tool.

All bodies are three-speed and oscillating on 230 V / 50 Hz.

Metal-body pedestal fans

Five of the nine pedestal models are CRCA metal, body and stand. These are the fans that go into workshops, godowns, marriage halls, places of worship and institutional tenders — anywhere the fan gets moved, knocked and run hard.

The 20″ Hurricane is the largest fan we build. At 500 mm and 135 m³/min it is the one to quote when the brief is air movement over distance rather than personal comfort.

Winding, colour and finish

Motor winding is copper or aluminium, to your specification, on every model. Copper runs cooler and holds efficiency; aluminium brings the landed cost down for entry price points and volume tenders. You specify it, we do not substitute it, and it is confirmed on the despatch documents.

Standard colour sets run to eleven on the Breezer (black, blue, green, grey, maroon, orange, purple, red, turquoise, white, yellow) and nine or ten on the other plastic bodies. A colour outside the set is a masterbatch change rather than a tooling change. Body shape is tooling — we hold our standard tools in-house and cut new ones through the ODM route.

OEM and private-label supply

• You provide: brand marks and carton artwork, the motor option and winding, colour reference, and market-specific requirements.
• We provide: tooling where a new body is needed, pre-production samples, an N-10 pilot batch for sign-off, then mass production and packing to your artwork.
• You receive: finished, packed, saleable stock under your brand.

If you are taking an existing model rather than starting a new design, there is no tooling step and no development cycle: we go straight to the N-10 pilot batch, typically within seven days of techno-commercial agreement on the product.

We have supplied pedestal programmes to V-Guard, Usha, GM Elektra, RR Kabel, Khaitan, Venus and Luker. Tooling cut for a customer’s exclusive design is used only for that customer.

Commercial terms

• Minimum order: from 500 pieces per model.
• Standard lead time: three weeks from confirmed PO and artwork. New tooling is quoted separately and up front.
• Domestic supply: ex-works Hyderabad or delivered to your depot.
• Export supply: FOB or CIF, regularly to Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Africa.

Quality and standards

Pedestal fans are built to IS 302 (Part 2/Sec 80) in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, carry a 24-month warranty, and every motor is tested online before dispatch — 100 per cent, not by sample. Printable spec sheets for all nine models are on the downloads page.

What is the largest pedestal fan you manufacture?

The 20″ Hurricane — 500 mm sweep, 135 m³/min at 140 W, three aluminium blades on a CRCA body and stand.

Which motor option gives the best efficiency?

The premium normal-speed option: 78 m³/min at 60 W, a service value of 1.30. It is the same wattage as the economy motor and moves eight more cubic metres a minute, because the blade is high-angle rather than the standard petal.

What is the minimum order quantity?

500 pieces per model. Colours within a model can be split below that, subject to the masterbatch minimum.

Can I have metal-body pedestal fans in my own colour?

Yes. Metal bodies are painted, so a colour change is a paint change, not tooling. The Air Thrust already ships in ten standard colours; the 18″ and 20″ models are standard in black and blue.

Do you supply copper-wound pedestal fans?

Yes. Copper and aluminium are both standard; you specify which, per order.

Do you export pedestal fans?

Yes — Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Africa, on FOB or CIF terms, with export cartons and container-ready palletisation.
