SYS Electromac manufactures Table Fans, Pedestal Fans, Wall Fans (TPW), and Ventilation/Exhaust Fans as an OEM/contract manufacturer for brand partners across India and select export markets.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our Hyderabad facility, featuring conveyorized assembly and automated winding machinery, has a manufacturing capacity of 150,000 fan units per month.
What degree of backward integration do you maintain?
We are backward-integrated with in-house plastic injection moulding and fan guard manufacturing, giving us tighter control over quality, cost, and lead times.
Do you offer OEM/private-label customization?
Yes. We offer product, colour, and packaging customization tailored to partner brand requirements — reach out with your specifications to discuss what’s possible for your order size.

SYS Electromac is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), and our fans are manufactured to the BIS IS 302-2-80 standard. We’ve also been recognized with the IFMA Innovation Award (2023) and V-Guard’s Quality Week Award (2023).
How can a brand request a sample or quote?

What is your minimum order quantity and lead time?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per model. Standard lead time is 3 weeks from a confirmed purchase order. For the peak season (February to May) we recommend brands pre-book at least 45 days ahead.
Can we get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for a small fee and are ready within 7 days.
Can SYS develop a new fan design or tooling for our brand?
Yes. Design development and prototyping take up to 30 days, and new tooling takes 60 to 90 days. Tooling built for a client can be kept exclusive to that client.
Can you manufacture to our existing design?
Yes. We manufacture to clients’ existing designs as well as to our own range of table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans.
What packing options do you offer for export?
Export packing is matched to each client’s requirements: multi-unit packing, SKD (semi-knocked-down), CKD (completely knocked-down) and regular mono-carton packing.
How far ahead should brands book capacity for the peak season?
We recommend brands start pre-booking 45 days ahead of their required dispatch date to ensure timely supplies in the peak season.
Where is your factory?
Our 100,000 sq. ft. plant is at Plot No. 131, Sri Venkateswara Co-operative Industrial Estate, IDA Bollaram, Hyderabad, Telangana 502325, India. Brand partners are welcome to visit and audit the plant.
