SYS Electromac manufactures table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans for brands, importers and retailers in Europe and the UK, built under your brand at our plant in Hyderabad, India. 150,000 fans a month across three conveyorized lines, minimum order 500 pieces per model, three-week lead time on existing models.
Same supply, no motor change
Europe and the UK run at 230 V, 50 Hz — the same supply our Indian production is built and tested for. A fan from our range needs no motor redesign to sell in Europe. What changes is the plug, the conformity file, the product information and the labels.
A second source outside China
Most comfort fans sold in Europe are made in China. That concentration is a risk for a brand or a retailer: one supplier region, one set of freight lanes, one set of trade measures. An Indian OEM gives you a qualified second source on a different supply chain, with orders small enough to prove a model in your market before you move volume.

In the EU and the UK, the brand owner or importer placing the fan on the market is the responsible party and issues the declaration of conformity. Our job is to build the product to the standard, give your test laboratory what it needs and keep production consistent with the samples that passed. We do not claim CE or UKCA marking on our own account.

Plugs
- Continental Europe: the two-pin Europlug (CEE 7/16) fits sockets in most EU countries and suits a double-insulated fan.
- UK and Ireland: British three-pin BS 1363, fused.
- Switzerland, Italy, Denmark: specify the national plug if your retailer requires it.

- 400 mm plastic table, pedestal and wall fans for retail, in up to eleven standard colours or your own, colour-matched across every moulded part.
- 16″ and 18″ metal pedestal and wall fans with CRCA bodies, powder coated after a seven-tank pre-treatment.
- 6, 8 and 10 inch ventilation fans for kitchens and bathrooms.
Shipping and planning
By sea, FOB or CIF, in export cartons with container-ready palletisation. The sea route to Europe is longer than to the Gulf or Colombo, so for a summer season we suggest placing orders early and pre-booking capacity about 45 days ahead of the production slot you need. A container can carry several models, with a minimum of 500 pieces per model.

Are your fans CE marked?
CE marking is declared by the brand owner or importer who places the fan on the EU market. We build to the IEC 60335-2-80 safety standard and support your laboratory testing and technical file.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes. All European supply is OEM or private label: your brand, your carton, your languages.
