1. 30,000 sq ft area on a single floor allocated for manufacturing, with additional 10,000 sqft of warehousing and 10,000 sq ft allocated to dedicated sister concern ancillaries
2. Dedicated area for inward RM testing with state of the art equipment
3. Large dedicated area for storage of raw materials with separate areas for rejection / rework material
4. Rotor Machining – Rotor Reaming, Rough Turning, Shaft Pressing & Fine Turning
5. Drilling and Tapping machines
6. Automated Bush pressing
7. Conveyorized Winding with machines imported from Taiwan
8. Sequential Analyzer for stator checking
9. Conveyorized Varnishing Line
10. In-house motor assembly with built in STR rooms
11. 3 x Conveyorized assembly lines for finished goods assembly with built in STR and packing conveyors
12. Automatic strapping machine
13. Multiple audit rooms with VAW, HV testing and tachometers, to facilitate customer PDI.
14. Conveyorized movement of finished goods to warehouse with storage capacity for 15,000 fans.

Sister Concerns : 

1. Wire & Wire Products : Sister concern for manufacturing of wire guards for TPW fans with capacity of 75,000 units / month
2. SYS Investments : Sister concern focusing on injection moulding of plastic components with 9 moulding machines ranging from 80T to 220 T

SYS has created captive ancillaries for critical processes including :

1. Rotor and Stator Lamination Stamping
2. Cover & Rotor Die-casting
3. Powder coating (following 7 tank pre-treatment process)
