SYS Electromac is a Hyderabad-based OEM and contract manufacturer specializing in Table, Pedestal and Wall (TPW) fans. Since 2017, we’ve built a manufacturing capacity of 125,000+ units per month across a 60,000 sq. ft. facility, supplying leading fan brands across India and international export markets including Nepal, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Sudan and West Africa.
What is a TPW fan?
TPW stands for Table, Pedestal and Wall — the three core portable fan categories we manufacture as a dedicated OEM partner, alongside Ventilation/Exhaust fans.
OEM & Contract Manufacturing
We handle the complete manufacturing relationship for brand partners: product development, component manufacturing, assembly, quality testing, and supply — allowing partners to focus on sales and distribution rather than production.
Backward-Integrated Manufacturing
SYS Electromac is backward-integrated with in-house plastic injection moulding and fan guard manufacturing. Our facility spans 60,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space plus 25,000 sq. ft. of warehousing and 15,000 sq. ft. for sister-concern ancillaries. Two dedicated sister concerns support production: Wire & Wire Products (wire guard manufacturing, 100,000 units/month capacity) and SYS Investments (plastic component injection moulding, 12 machines ranging 80T to 220T). We also maintain captive ancillaries for rotor/stator lamination stamping, cover & rotor die-casting, and powder coating.

Our manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and our fans are manufactured to the BIS IS 302-2-80 standard. Every unit passes through inward raw material testing, automated on-line high-voltage (HV) testing in dedicated audit rooms, and finished goods endurance audits. We’ve been recognized with the IFMA (Indian Fan Manufacturers Association) Innovation Award and V-Guard’s Quality Week Award, both in 2023.
