Our Testing Process
- Inward Raw Material Testing — incoming components and materials are tested in a designated inward RM testing area with advanced equipment before entering production.
- In-Process Quality Control — includes sequential analyzer checks for stator quality during the winding process.
- On-Line High-Voltage (HV) Testing — every unit passes through automated on-line HV testing during assembly.
- Audit Testing — multiple dedicated audit rooms conduct VAW testing, HV testing, and tachometer checks on finished units.
- Finished Goods Endurance Audits — completed fans undergo endurance testing before packing and dispatch.

Backward-Integrated Control
SYS Electromac is backward-integrated with in-house plastic injection moulding and fan guard manufacturing, plus captive ancillaries for rotor/stator lamination stamping, cover & rotor die-casting, and powder coating (following a 7-tank pre-treatment process) — giving direct control over quality at every stage rather than relying on third-party suppliers.
