This Privacy Policy explains how SYS Electromac Private Limited collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit syselectromac.com, send us an enquiry through our website, or message our business WhatsApp number.
1. Who we are
SYS Electromac Private Limited (“SYS Electromac”, “we”, “us”) is an OEM and contract manufacturer of table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans, based in Hyderabad, India. We decide how and why the personal data described in this policy is used.

2. What we collect
Information you give us. If you are a customer, lead, vendor or partner, this includes your name, phone number, email address and company name, the products or services you are asking about, and any files you attach.
WhatsApp. When you message our business WhatsApp number we receive the messages, photos, documents and other files you send, together with your WhatsApp phone number, the profile name WhatsApp shows us, and the time of each message.
Website forms. Our forms collect the following:
- Contact form: name, phone number, email address, subject and message.
- Sales enquiry form: name, phone number, email address, the products you are interested in, and an optional file.
- Vendor enquiry form: name, phone number, email address, details about your business or products, and an optional file.
- Careers form: name, qualification, years of experience, current location, positions you are interested in, current and expected CTC, and your resume.
Automatically collected information. Our website uses Google Analytics (through the Google tag) to understand how visitors use it, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the site that referred you. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and fast. Our hosting provider may also keep server logs.
3. How we use personal data
- To reply to enquiries and send quotations, and to send order and delivery updates.
- To manage our relationship with customers, vendors and partners, including orders, deliveries, invoicing and after-sales support.
- To send product information, price lists and similar business updates to business contacts who have contacted us or dealt with us. You can ask us to stop at any time (see section 9).
- To consider job applications and contact applicants.
- To keep our website and systems secure, understand how the website is used, and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We process personal data with your consent, because you have contacted us or have dealings with us, or where the law allows or requires it, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. WhatsApp messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, to send and receive messages. Messages sent to and from our business number pass through WhatsApp and Meta systems, which are governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own privacy policies. We also store conversations in our own systems so that our team can read and reply to them. We only use WhatsApp to communicate with you about our business, and you can tell us at any time that you do not want further messages.
5. Who we share personal data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Meta (WhatsApp), to deliver WhatsApp messages.
- Service providers that host our website and systems or provide messaging, email, customer-management and analytics tools, such as Google and Cloudflare. They process data on our behalf to provide their service.
- Our professional advisers, auditors and insurers.
- Government, courts or other authorities where we are required by law.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or restructured, under the same protections.
Some of these providers process data outside India.
6. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to keep business, tax and legal records. Enquiries and WhatsApp conversations are kept while we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are kept for as long as we need them to consider you for a role, and for a reasonable period after. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure website use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
9. Your rights and choices
You can write to us at yash@syselectromac.com to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your data (see section 10);
- withdraw consent you have given us, or tell us you do not want further WhatsApp messages or emails.
Please include the name, phone number or email address you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records. We may need to confirm your identity first. If we cannot act on a request in full, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you why.
10. How to request deletion of your data
To have your personal data deleted, including your WhatsApp conversations:
- Send an email to yash@syselectromac.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Give the phone number (and name or email address, if you used one) that you used to contact us.
- We will confirm by email or WhatsApp that we have received your request, delete or anonymise your data from our systems, and tell you when it is done. We may keep limited information where the law requires, for example invoices and tax records.

11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as business directories and social media pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
