SYS Electromac is a fan manufacturer in Hyderabad, operating a 100,000 sq. ft. plant at 131 S.V. Co-operative Industrial Estate, IDA Bollaram, Sangareddy district, Telangana — about 35 km north-west of the city centre, in one of the oldest established industrial belts in the region. We build table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans for other companies’ brands, domestically and for export.

Being in Bollaram matters for a practical reason: the moulding, the winding and the assembly are in the same compound as the tool room. When a body form needs a change between prototype and pilot, it is a walk across the floor rather than a negotiation with a supplier in another state. That is what makes the design-to-dispatch cycle hold to the schedule we quote.
Backward integration
Of the 100,000 sq. ft., 60,000 is manufacturing, 25,000 is warehousing and 15,000 houses sister-concern ancillaries. Two of those sit inside the same operation: Wire & Wire Products, making fan guards at 100,000 units a month, and SYS Investments, running twelve injection moulding machines from 80T to 220T. Rotor and stator lamination stamping, cover and rotor die-casting, and powder coating are all captive.
The practical consequence for a buyer is that a colour change, a guard change or a body change does not go out to a third party and come back three weeks later. It is scheduled inside the same compound. That is why the three-week repeat lead time holds.

What we make here
- Pedestal fans — nine models, 400 to 500 mm, PP and CRCA metal.
- Wall fans — eight models, 300 to 450 mm, PP and CRCA metal.
- Table fans — four PP bodies at 400 mm.
- Ventilation fans — 6, 8 and 10 inch.
Every one of them is available with copper or aluminium winding to the buyer’s specification, and with six or seven motor-and-blade options on the plastic bodies. Nothing leaves here under our own brand.
Who we supply from Hyderabad
Domestically we manufacture for V-Guard, Usha, GM Elektra, RR Kabel, Khaitan, Venus and Luker. On export we ship to Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Africa on FOB or CIF terms, in export cartons and container-ready palletisation.
Hyderabad being inland is a fact worth addressing rather than hiding: containers move by road to the coast, and we quote the freight leg openly as part of FOB so there are no surprises at the port. For Nepal and the northern markets the road route is direct.
Visiting the factory
Serious buyers audit before they order, and we would rather you did. The plant is roughly 40 minutes from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport outside peak hours and about the same from the city centre. We are open Wednesday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays. Tell us when you are coming and what you want to see — the moulding shop, the winding section, the test rigs, the despatch bay — and we will have the right people on the floor rather than in a meeting room.

Can I visit before placing an order?
Yes. We are open Wednesday to Monday and closed Tuesdays. Give us a day’s notice and say what you want to inspect.
Do you supply buyers outside Telangana?
Most of our volume goes outside the state. We supply national brands across India ex-works Hyderabad or delivered to your depot, and we export from here as well.
Do you sell fans directly to consumers?
No. We are a contract manufacturer. Everything we build carries a customer’s brand, and our minimum order is 500 pieces per model.
