SYS Electromac is a fan manufacturer in India that builds table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans for other companies’ brands. Our 100,000 sq. ft. plant at IDA Bollaram, Hyderabad, runs three conveyorized assembly lines with a capacity of 150,000 fans a month (1.8 million a year). We do not sell under our own name: every fan that leaves the factory carries the customer’s brand, and the minimum order is 500 pieces per model.
What we manufacture
Four product families, 24 models in all, built on shared motor platforms so a brand can source the whole range from one factory and get matching colours and finish across it.

Injection moulding and wire-and-guard production run through two sister units, which is why body, guard and blade colours match without a third-party supplier in the chain. The company facts page lists every figure in one place, and the factory tour shows the plant on video.
How brands work with us
OEM and private label. You choose from our existing models, we add your brand, colours and packing. This is the quickest route to market. See private label fan manufacturing.
ODM. We develop a design to your brief and own the engineering. See ODM fan manufacturing.

Who we supply

Is SYS Electromac a fan manufacturer or a trader?
A manufacturer. Tooling, injection moulding, wire guards, lamination stamping, die-casting, winding, assembly and testing happen at our Hyderabad plant and its two sister units.
Where is your factory?
At IDA Bollaram, Sangareddy district, about 35 km north-west of Hyderabad city centre. The fan manufacturer in Hyderabad page has the address and visiting details.
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per model. Repeat orders on existing models ship in about three weeks.
Do you sell fans to consumers?
No. We are a contract manufacturer. Every fan we build is sold under a customer’s brand.
Do you make ceiling fans?
Ceiling fans are not part of our own manufacturing range. We build table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We are open Wednesday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays. Give us a day’s notice and say what you want to inspect.
