Duties on finished fans in Bangladesh are high, so most brands there assemble locally. SYS Electromac supplies table, pedestal and wall fans as CKD and SKD kits, under your brand, for assembly in your plant.
India’s table, pedestal and wall fan exports to Bangladesh jumped from US$0.01 million to US$0.35 million in FY 2025-26 (DGCI&S TradeStat), making Bangladesh India’s fourth-largest TPW market after Nepal, the UAE and Sri Lanka.
SKD or CKD
- SKD (semi knocked down): motor and head pre-assembled and tested at our plant; you fit the stand, base, guards and blades, and pack. Quick to start and light on your line.
- CKD (completely knocked down): components kitted to an agreed bill of materials, so more of the assembly, and the value added, happens in Bangladesh.
We agree the kit list, BOM and test points with you before the first lot. Parts carry your brand where you want it, and motor winding is copper or aluminium, to your specification.

Ceiling fans in the same container
We do not manufacture ceiling fans, but we work with reputed ceiling fan manufacturers. You can buy ceiling fans on our invoice alongside your table, pedestal, wall and ventilation fans, or we introduce you and you contract with the manufacturer directly. Ceiling fans are made and certified by the partner manufacturer under its own licence.
How an export order runs
- RFQ: model, quantity, market, plug, packing and target date.
- Sample: available for a small fee, with a 7-day lead time on existing models.
- Market specification: labels, cord, packing and documents signed off in writing.
- N-10 pilot lot for your approval before mass production.
- Production: three weeks on existing models, on the same three conveyorized lines that build 150,000 fans per month.
- Pre-dispatch inspection by you or your agent in our four PDI cabins.
- Loading and dispatch, FOB or CIF.
